Still on Snow

That is Charles river frozen during last weekend snow storm. It is only partial frozen n turn back into water the next day.

Was chatting w Tony's post doc this afternoon, a nice guy from swiss and another ang mo phd student, from PROF HOSOI group. This ang mo is an interesting and handsome guy, but i think is attached. From France.

Anyway, he told me that last winter, Charles river was frozen from Nov to Feb, n again from late Mar to Apr. This winter, Charles river only froze for abt 5 days. The average temperature of this winter is slightly 6 oC higher than the past.

Maybe it is because of global warming. The Swiss guy reply, "no, not possible to occur in usa". "Yap, Bush rejected it", I replied.
